- Checkout rules
- COD is hidden when any switched-on rule matches: customer tagged cod-refused or cod-blocked; cart total above an amount; first order (or guest) above an amount; a product tagged no-cod in the cart; shipping emirate in a blocked list (codes such as AE-AZ); shipping city in a blocked list (English or Arabic). No postcodes needed.
- GCC preset
- One click switches on the refuser, cart-above (1,500), first-order-above (500) and no-cod product rules, in the shop's currency, plus the COD rename.
- COD name
- Arabic-language checkouts show «الدفع عند الاستلام»; other checkouts show "Cash on Delivery". Both are editable.
- Refuser scan
- Finds COD orders placed in the last 60 days that were cancelled, and offers to tag those customers cod-refused. Nothing is tagged without confirmation.
- Money-lost report
- Cancelled COD orders that had shipped × (shipping out + shipping back), using costs the merchant enters. Orders cancelled before shipping are counted separately as costing no shipping.
- Never changes
- Card payments, wallets such as Apple Pay, buy-now-pay-later options such as Tabby and Tamara, and any non-COD method. Missing or broken settings mean no change.
- Languages
- Admin page in Arabic (right to left) and English. Checkout COD name in Arabic and English.
- How it runs
- A Shopify Function (payment customization) inside Shopify's checkout. Settings are stored in the merchant's own store. No scripts added to the theme.
- Shopify plans
- Public Shopify apps with Functions can be used on every Shopify plan.
- Data
- Stores no customer data outside the merchant's Shopify store.
